To view a video, simply click the play button on the green video control bar. To view a larger version of the video, click on the link below the video and a higher resolution movie will open in a new window. To save the higher resolution version to your computer, right click the text link under the video and select 'Save Target As'. A dialogue box will open allowing you to save the video to your system.
